Kualifikasi

1. Max 27 years old.
2. Bachelor degree from reputable Universities (Min GPA 3.00 – scale of 4)
   • in Psychology (for Assessment and Recruitment Staff).
   • in Industrial Engineering (for POD and Training Staff).
   • In Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (for Training Staff).
3. Fresh graduated are welcomed, or with 1 year of working experience in related field.
4. Good verbal and written skills in English.
5. Strong in data and excel formulas.
6. Have a good skills in communication, analytical, interpersonal and detail oriented.
7. Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test and Behavioral Interview (for Assessment and Recruitment Staff).
8. Have a good knowledge about Training Need Analysis (TNA), evaluation of training program and can create a training module (for Training Staff).
9. Willing to be located in Jakarta and/or Tangerang
