Posisi : Cyber Security Officer
Key Responsibilities :
- Cybersecurity Risk Identification : Proactively identify and assess cybersecurity threats, data security risk, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Documentation and IT Frameworks : Design and maintain cybersecurity documentation using relevant IT frameworks, such as DMBOK, etc. and ensuring that all processes and protocols are well-documented and aligned with industry standards.
- ISO 27001 Compliance : Ensure that the organization’s cybersecurity practices align with ISO 27001 standards, contributing to the development and maintenance of the information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Project Management : Apply project management principles to plan, execute, and monitor cybersecurity projects, utilizing relevant tools and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security protocols, responding promptly to security incident and providing expert guidance on cybersecurity matters.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cyber Security Officer, Information Security Officer, or in a similiar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in network security, endpoint security, and cryptography.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence, malware analysis, and incident response.
- Familiarity with security architecture design and cloud security best practices.
- Strong understanding of IT framework and ISO 27001 standards.
Project Management : Demonstrated experience in project management, with a solid understanding of project management theories, implementation strategies, and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira).
Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g, GDPR) and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
Soft Skills :
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple task effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptive and agile.
